Mark your calendars!!! The 2nd Annual 21 Hole Salute has a date in place. If you thought playing disc golf in the heat of June was a challenge, then prepare yourself for the heat of July! Just like last year, we will work hard to make this one of your favorite events.
This year's big announcement... a $5000 hole-in-one throwoff will be included for each player!!!!. Each player will get one chance for a hole in one on a hole that will be disclosed on Sunday of the Tournament. If you get a hole in one, you will win a cold $5k.
Beat the man will continue and Marc is already getting pumped up about being in goal. $2 for 5 throws worked perfectly and will remain. Holes 19 and 20 will be similar to before, with possible slight changes and hole 21 will potentially be re-designed. Hole 19 seemed to be a tougher hole than anticipated (which is what we were hoping) and Hole 20 was a nice gut-check.
We're looking for great ways to attract more sponsors. If you know of somebody who is interested in helping this tournament, please let us know. Alpine was a great sponsor for us the first time around and is playing an equal role this time. Thanks Alpine!
As we said before... We won't give up trying to make this a great event until... well... never!
Our goal is to make this a "must go to" event every year. If you played it, come again. If you heard about it, come play!
Bring your "A" game. Not only do you need to be prepared physically to win a tournament, you need to be prepared mentally. Most amateurs who win are the one's who make the least mistakes.
BRING PLENTY OF WATER This tourney is in the heat of the summer. We will do our best to help you hydrate, but start drinking water now to prepare.

18 Hole "Round Ratings" Available
Good news! There has been some concern about playing a 21 hole tournament at a 18 hole course. The concern is that people will not know the approximate round ratings of the everyday course prior to worlds. The 21 Hole Salute and the PDGA have found a way to come up with ratings of the 18 hole course. These will be posted on the website after the tournament is completed and prior to Worlds!Just another reason to play!
